Wes Farmer
Managing Director

Wes Farmer is the Managing Director.  He is responsible for overall operations.  Wes has lived in Lancaster City since 2004.  Prior to this position, Wes was on the Board of Directors for LCSC and is also an active volunteer with other nonprofit organizations.  Wes has a Master of Public Administration degree and previously served for over 30 years in a local government setting.  During that time, he was active in CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) programs, community mobilization, and was responsible for maintaining liaison relationships with local law enforcement.

Jessica Falk
Administrative Assistant

Jessica has been with the LCSC since March of 2009.  Born and raised in Lancaster County she graduated from Hempfield High School in 2002.  After which she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Textile Design from Philadelphia University.  Following college she worked temporary office and secretarial positions at several companies including Scantron, Robson Forensic, Sterling Financial, Matrix Security, and The School District of Lancaster.  In her free time Jessica enjoys reading, knitting, and playing video games.

David Greiner
Monitoring and Evidence Supervisor

Dave oversees the use and maintenance of all the LCSC’s equipment, including monitors, computers, digital recorders, and cameras. He also supervises the activities of monitoring staff. Dave helps compile video evidence for police investigations, attends court proceedings where LCSC video evidence is used, and maintains activity logs of all incidents and reviews.

Dave is a lifelong Lancaster County resident and has lived in Lancaster City since 1981. He has been with LCSC since its creation first as a Board Member then as part of the Monitoring Staff since 2003. He has been involved with the Lancaster Council of Neighborhoods, the Lancaster Crime Commission and is a graduate of Leadership Lancaster. He is currently a Board Member of the Musser Park Civic Association and serves as a member of the Lancaster County Human Relations Commission Police Community Relations committee. Dave enjoys running, biking, skiing and reading in his spare time. He has a son who resides in Pittsburgh.
