Joseph R. Morales, Sr.
Executive Director
Joe has served as the LCSC Executive Director since 2007. He is a native of Brooklyn, NY and an administrator with twenty years experience in education, human services and nonprofit management. He has been an English as a Second Language instructor, diversity consultant, program director and trainer at the local, state and national levels. He earned his BSEd degree in English Education from Millersville University and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Penn State. Ethics and nonprofit organizations were the primary focus of his graduate level research. Joe has lived in the City of Lancaster since 1978. He and his wife Gloria have two adult children and four grandchildren. In his spare time, Joe enjoys photography, current events, saltwater fishing and jazz.
Kevin L. Ditzler
Development Coordinator
Kevin joined LCSC at the end of July 2010. He has spent most of his life as a Lancaster County resident. He previously worked for The Ephrata Performing Arts Center as the Director of Education. While there he created their annual Center Stage Summer Camp and their Family Series Children’s Theater. He also worked for the United Way in Resource Development. Kevin continues to make Lancaster his home. He lives with his wife Cara, daughter Norah, and two dogs Tori and Phoebe. In his spare time he enjoys directing the musicals at Lampeter Strasburg High School. Kevin is also a Steelers, Pirates, and Penguins fan.
Jessica Falk
Administrative Assistant
Jessica has been with the LCSC since March of 2009. Born and raised in Lancaster County she graduated from Hempfield High School in 2002. After which she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Textile Design from Philadelphia University. Following college she worked temporary office and secretarial positions at several different companies including Scantron, Robson Forensic, Sterling Financial, Matrix Security, and The School District of Lancaster. In her free time Jessica enjoys reading, hand knitting, and playing video games.
David Greiner
Monitoring and Evidence Supervisor
Dave oversees the use and maintenance of all the LCSC’s equipment, including monitors, computers, digital recorders, cameras, and controllers. He supervises the activities of monitoring staff, including orientation, scheduling, training, staff meetings and performance evaluation. Dave helps compile video evidence for police investigations, and maintains activity logs of all incidents.
Dave is a lifelong Lancaster County resident and has lived in Lancaster City since 1981. He has been with LCSC first as a Board Member then as part of the Monitoring Staff since 2003. He was recently promoted to the position of Monitoring Supervisor. He has been involved with the Lancaster Council of Neighborhoods, the Lancaster Crime Commission and is a recent graduate of Leadership Lancaster. He is currently a Board Member of the Musser Park Civic Association and serves as a member of the Lancaster County Human Relations Commission Police Community Relations committee. Dave enjoys running, biking, skiing and reading in his spare time. He has a son who resides in Pittsburgh. |
